Intersect is designing a new CRM application for claiming warranty processing for International Warranty. The CRM will keep track of all the warranty information for different customers to bring dealers, customers and insurance companies to a common platform. Lasting for several months, the project will remove all kinds of warranty issues between customers, manufacturers, dealers and customer support.
The CRM will eliminate the need for a paper trail, thus eliminating lost paper work and confusion on everyone’s part. The use of the CRM application will make this information available world wide. The custom solution is developed on Microsoft based platform using SQL database with .NET technologies.
